By accessing or purchasing from LuminaDent, you agree to these terms. LuminaDent provides premium dental 3D printing resins for professional use. All products are intended for dental laboratories, clinics, and trained dental professionals.

1. Product Use & Indications

Our resins are biocompatible (ISO 10993 tested) and intended for dental applications including surgical guides, diagnostic models, temporary crowns, denture bases, orthodontic aligners, and casting patterns. Users must follow the provided Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Off-label use is at the user's own risk.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) or USD ($). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for bulk orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For dental labs and clinics, net-30 payment terms may be available upon credit approval.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery estimates: 3-7 business days for EU/US, 5-10 business days for international destinations. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance where applicable. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). For defective or damaged resins, please contact us within 48 hours with batch number and photos. Defective products are eligible for replacement or full refund after quality assessment.

5. Intellectual Property

All product formulations, trademarks, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of LuminaDent. Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized distribution of our resin formulas is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

LuminaDent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Users assume all responsibility for proper handling, printing parameters, and post-processing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boston, MA.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or purchase our dental resins.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address.
• Order Information: Purchase history, product preferences, invoice details.
• Account Information: For registered lab customers: VAT number, business registration, trade references.
• Technical Data: Printer settings, usage feedback, support inquiries.
• Website Usage: Cookies, IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymized).

How We Use Your Data

• Process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Provide customer support, technical assistance, and product recall notifications.
• Improve our products, website, and user experience.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Shipping Carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS) – to deliver your orders.
• Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal) – to securely process payments.
• Legal Authorities – when required by law or to protect our rights.

All data transfers are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

Data Retention

We retain order and customer data for 7 years to comply with tax and product liability regulations. You may request earlier deletion where legally permissible.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Free Shipping: Orders over €200 / $220 within EU and USA qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping: FedEx Priority or DHL Express available at checkout (1-3 business days).

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same business day.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Contact returns@luminadent.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number, batch number (found on the bottle), and reason for return.
• For defective products, include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
• We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label (for qualifying returns).
• Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship within 14 days of receiving RMA.

Refunds & Replacements

• Unopened products: Full refund minus original shipping costs within 30 days.
• Defective resins: Full refund or replacement after quality assessment. We cover return shipping for verified defects.
• Opened but unused (change of mind): 50% refund at our discretion, subject to inspection.
• Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

• Take photos of the damaged box and resin bottles within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email support@luminadent.com with your order number and photos.
• We will ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund.

For lost packages (no tracking update for 10+ business days), we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost.

Bulk & Wholesale Returns

For laboratory or clinic bulk orders (10+ bottles), special return terms apply. Please contact your account manager or email wholesale@luminadent.com for assistance.
