Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (product launches, trade shows), processing may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you proactively.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation with tracking details.

✨ Bulk & wholesale orders

For laboratory bulk orders (10+ units of resin or large supply kits), processing may require an additional 24–48 hours for quality assurance and custom palletizing. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

Tracking Information

Every shipment includes a unique tracking number sent via email and SMS (if opted in). You can track your package directly through our carrier partners:

  • Domestic (USA): UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority
  • International: DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, FedEx International

Tracking links are typically active within 6–12 hours after shipment. If your tracking status does not update within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment date (not order date). Below are typical ranges after dispatch:

  • USA (contiguous): 2–5 business days (expedited: 1–3 days)
  • Canada & Mexico: 4–7 business days
  • Europe (EU/UK): 3–6 business days via DHL Express
  • Australia, New Zealand: 5–8 business days
  • Asia & Middle East: 4–9 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed for customs delays or remote areas. For urgent lab needs, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

SmilePrealPro ships to over 60 countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) unless otherwise arranged. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We provide accurate customs documentation (commercial invoice, HS codes: 3824.99 for resins, 9018.49 for dental supplies). However, clearance times vary by country. In rare cases, customs may hold shipments for inspection — please check with your local customs office for guidance.

Important: Some countries restrict the import of certain dental polymers. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify local import regulations before ordering. SmilePrealPro is not liable for delays or seizures due to customs non-compliance.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated window, we will initiate a carrier investigation and offer a replacement or refund within 7 business days after confirmation.

Shipping restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders. APO/FPO addresses are accepted via USPS only. Hazardous material regulations apply to some resin categories (flammable liquids) — domestic ground shipping only.
